Music I listen to

I listen to talk radio. When I do listen to music radio it's usually a huge variety. I like heavy metal stations, soft rock stations, pop stations. I never leave on one particular station for long. I was young in the 80's so I loved all the "hair bands". I also like some of the newer rock bands. It depends on what mood I'm in. I love classical too.

TV shows I watch

About the only show I watch is Lost. I loooooooooooooooove Lost. Jack is my favorite character. Gee --- wonder why??? He's hot and he's got a drug/alcohol problem!

I agree with you. I went off the Anti-D meds a few years ago and I'm very glad I did.
I don't take any meds at all now, and I really feel good about it.

That's not a very popular opinion though. So I usually keep it to myself or talk about it in private

Definitely a "touch" subject. I've been told my whole adult life I needed to be on "life long meds" for depression. I think they can be very dangerous. I am going to try vitamin supplements, exercise and meditation as an alternative.
